BAKU

About us

Democratising world-class mining feasibility

Every serious deposit deserves bankable numbers — not a six-month wait and a consultant's invoice.

Our story

Feasibility studies shouldn't take a season and a fortune.

Baku AI started in Ulaanbaatar, inside the world's fastest-growing mining frontier, watching the same bottleneck repeat: a promising deposit, a data room full of drill results — and then months of waiting and consulting fees before anyone could say whether the project banks.

We built the engine we wished existed. Deterministic geology and financial models do the math, retrieval-augmented AI writes the document, and a human expert signs off — so a standards-compliant feasibility study that used to take a consulting team months now takes days.

Our mission is to democratise world-class mining feasibility analysis: every serious deposit, in every market, deserves bankable numbers.

The Baku AI workspace — engineers and geologists collaborating

The team

Operators, engineers and geologists — not tourists

We build with the people who will sign the documents — geologists, financiers and mine planners.

Led by mining-tech industry leaders

Our leadership has shipped software used across the Mongolian mining sector and knows the regulator's checklist as well as the investor's.

Rio Tinto experience on the team

Team members bring prior experience from Rio Tinto operations — world-class standards learned first-hand, now built into our QA layers.

Young, ambitious and fast

A small team that ships weekly, works beside geologists and financiers, and treats every study as a product deadline — not a billable hour.
